Chantell Leyba

Chantell is a full-time real estate professional and owner of Red or Green Properties; she brings years of experience in purchasing, renting, and remodeling her own properties. She also brings enjoyment and dedication to her work and understands the importance of getting to know your client and helping them to find the perfect property. Whether it is the sale of your property, the purchase of your first home, a real estate investment, or a land purchase, she will work with you to explore all of your options.

Chantell is a Santa Fe native who graduated from the College of Santa Fe and later moved to Denver to attend the University of Denver, Sturm College of law, and gained an extensive legal background specializing in contractual negotiations with land and other natural resources.

Dedicated to providing her clients with exceptional customer service, she has excellent communication skills and attention to detail and practices a high level of professionalism. She is involved in the Santa Fe community, and in her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Chantell is the recipient of the Santa Fe Hispanic Chamber of Commerce 2022 "40 Under 40 Business Leaders" award for her contributions and dedication to the community.

I have an extensive background in property analysis and rental management, as I have been purchasing and managing my own properties for the past ten years. I possess a B.A. from New Mexico State University and M.B.A From Ashford University with an emphasis in business entrepreneurship. My educational background has taught me to research and think critically so I may apply my skills to support you with your real estate goals.
